Construction Update

Despite all the snow we have received this year, winter is not slowing down the progress at Latitude 44. Building #3 is almost complete and tenants are expected to move in on April 1.

Building #4 should be starting construction within a month. This building will have 8 units, with the two end units set up as ranch floor plans. The fourth building will have two 2-bedroom units and six 3-bedroom units.

Construction on the Event Center is scheduled to begin this month as well. The Event Center will include a fitness room, lounge area, and a L44 office, where tenants will eventually pay their rent. Construction on other amenities like the playground and pool is also expected to begin sometime this spring.

Construction Update: Building #2 Complete!

Latitude 44 is thrilled to welcome six more tenants to the community! The second building completed construction last week, and new tenants began moving into their new homes on Friday. The second building consists of six 3-bedroom units.

With the first two buildings now complete and the third well on its way, the Latitude 44 community is really starting to take shape. The third building is approaching the end of the framing phase, and it expected to be completed by April 1, 2013. Building #3 will have eight 3-bedroom units.

Construction on the playground, pool and Event Center will begin this spring and is expected to be completed sometime this summer.

Construction Update: First Tenants Moved In!

The first building in the Latitude 44 Townhouse Apartment Project is officially completed! All the tenants pulled into the Grand Opening celebration last Friday with packed cars and U-Hauls, and received the keys to their new homes. The first building houses four 2-bedroom units and two 3-bedroom units. One 2-bedroom unit is available to rent on January 1, 2013.

The second building is scheduled to be completed by January 1, 2013. That will have six 3-bedroom units, all of which are already leased out.

The third building is beginning to be framed. We expect construction to be completed in March. It will consist of eight 3-bedroom apartments. We still have 7 available units. If you’re interested, please stop in our office at 1500 W. College Avenue, Suite A, and fill out an application!

Latitude 44 Construction Update

The newest apartment complex in North Appleton is taking shape! Finishing touches are being added to the first building of Latitude 44, with tenants expected to move in at the end of October.

Construction on the second building is well underway. The foundation is poured and the walls are being framed. The 6-unit townhouse is expected to be completed in January. The third building is entering the first phases of construction shortly. This will be an 8-unit townhouse and is expected to be finished in March.

We still have one 2-bedroom unit available in the first building (ready by October 27) and one 2-bedroom unit available in the second building (ready by January 1). Rent is $800 a month plus utilities. Unit amenities include: attached garage, energy efficient appliances, private patios, and in-unit laundry. Latitude 44 Construction Updates!

The newest apartment complex to hit North Appleton is really starting to take shape! Latitude 44 is in the home stretch of completing construction of its first building. Construction of the second building is already underway and moving along smoothly. We are very excited to be bringing the very best of apartment living, at Latitude 44 Apartments!

The future tenants for the first two buildings are starting to line up. Leases have been signed for the majority of the units, but we are still looking to fill two more units! Latitude 44 Apartments – Construction Update

Construction is well underway at the site of Latitude 44. In just a few shorts weeks the site has been dug, concrete has been poured, underground plumbing has been put in, and the framing is underway. We are right on our construction timeline and cannot wait for its completion!

There is even more exciting news to bring you from the site of Latitude 44, the first building has been officially leased up! Just this week we were able to find our last few residents needed to make up the residents for the first building. There is even better news to everyone else interested in Latitude 44 Apartments, we are proud to announce that we are now taking reservations for the second building!

The second building at L44 will feature six town-homes all being three bedroom floor plans! We have already been taking reservations and the calls have been coming in. Even though the second building will not be completed until early 2013 we already have three of the six units reserved! This is very exciting for all of us involved in the creation of this wonderful addition to the North Appleton community. We are proud that we are able to offer this great housing opportunity for Appleton’s residents!
